At Boer Spierings, craftsmanship and quality are key. The cheese is a pure product where the whole chain is in our own hands. From fertilizing the land and milking the cows to making milk and cheese and maturing the cheese – every step contributes to the unique taste and high quality. Dedication, craftsmanship and immaculate workmanship are essential to creating a tasty cheese. <\/p>\n

Boer Spierings is a multi-faceted family business in Oss, North Brabant, run by Jasper Spierings (44) and his wife Afke Baukje. In addition to their dairy farm with 90 dairy cows, they run a nursery, a butchery and a farm store. They are also partners in grazing projects of the environmental organization Natuurmonumenten<\/strong>. In their farm store they sell a wide range of their own products, such as milk, cheese, meat and bread. <\/p>\n

The biggest pride of Farmer Spierings is the cheese factory. For almost 20 years they have been working with Riet Dairy to produce the best cheese. Jasper explains, “If you want to produce good, tasty cheese, Riet Dairy is exactly the right address.”<\/strong> Every step affects the taste and quality of the cheese. Dedication, feeling for the cheese and very clean work are necessary to obtain a tasty cheese.<\/p>\n
