Yoghurt making equipment that serves you well
What makes yoghurt so different from other dairy products is the fermentation process. With a fermentation vessel from C. van 't Riet, you can be sure to have a durable and low maintenance machine. With complete control over time, temperature, and growth conditions, you can make yoghurt according to your desires and expectations. Yet, a fermentation vessel is not the only piece of yoghurt making equipment. The pasteurizing of the milk before being fermented can be done in the same vat, which is efficient and saves you the investment in two machines. For bigger production facilities we also have a flow pasteurizer to make sure that your dairy is cleared of harmful bacteria. Churns and separators are also used in the production of delicious yoghurt. To keep those machines in line with hygienic standards, you can also acquire a CIP (clean in place) system from us.
