Brine cages or Brine racks are needed when deep brining cheeses.
Our brine cages are fully pickled and passivated after production, providing the best possible protection against corrosion. Stainless steel 316 perforated brine shelves have the great advantage over cheese mesh nets that they never need to be replaced.
