Boer Spierings Kaas

Boer Spierings Kaas is an artisanal product. The entire chain is in-house; fertilizing the land, milking the cows, making milk into cheese all the way through to ripening the cheese. With each step, the taste and quality of the cheese is affected. Dedication, feeling for the cheese and very clean work are necessary to obtain a tasty cheese.

Specialties

For more than 40 years, the farm on Oijenseweg in Oss has been dedicated to people, animals and nature. Father Cor began milking cows and added an ornamental fish farm. Involving local residents in the farm is very important to the family. They do this by making their own products from their animals. Milk, cheese and meat. In 2007, Jasper started making cheese and selling milk from his own cows under the name Boer Spierings.
