C. van ‘t Riet Dairy Technology’s process boiler is designed for reliable batch pasteurization and fermentation of dairy products. Suitable for drinking milk and stand and stirred yogurt.

Thanks to the au-bain-marie principle with dimple plate in wall and bottom, the product is heated and cooled evenly and in a controlled manner. The closed system guarantees a hygienic process, constant product quality and efficient use of energy.
